This model provides directional estimates based on real operating conditions in the Caribbean. To keep projections grounded and transparent, the calculator reflects three key factors:
Ramp-Adjusted Year 1
Performance in the first year includes a realistic ramp-up period: 50% output in months 1–3, 75% in months 4–6, and full performance from month 7 onward. Additional countries follow the same pattern in the year they are activated. The “Monthly Revenue” and “Monthly ROI” figures shown reflect the average performance across that ramped first year.
Optimization and Growth Scenarios
Conversion rates improve as the program is refined. The Realistic scenario includes a 10% optimisation lift, with Conservative and Aggressive scenarios applying lower or higher efficiency gains. These assumptions influence Year 1 results and compound across Years 2–4.
Market Mix and Expansion
Jamaica provides the baseline performance. As the program expands, flexible markets convert approximately 15% better due to fewer constraints and more consistent outreach. Growth and Scale tiers include a higher share of flexible markets, driving stronger long-term outcomes.
